The writer Robert Walser published his short story "Der Spaziergang" in 1917. In 1987, this text inspired the artist Nanne Meyer to create a series of drawings, which is published here for the first time. Both are united by a practical and methodical love of wandering aimlessly. Their attentive and inspiring walks in nature and in everyday life find artistic expression in their style, in their writing or drawing.
