Resonance and Silence is meanwhile the third volume in a series produced within the scope of a collaboration between the Goetz Collection and the Haus der Kunst in Munich, inside whose former air raid bunker the Goetz Collection presents selected international videos. The thematic focus of this catalogue consists of the dimension, role, and function of sound, music, and accompaniment in the context of moving pictures. It features forewords by Okwui Enwezor and Ingvild Goetz, an essay by curator León Krempel, and brief descriptions of works by artists such as Yael Bartana, Christoph Brech, David Claerbout, Christian Marclay, and Wolfgang Tillmans.  Exhibition schedule: Haus der Kunst, Munich, April 13–September 9, 2012
