Having made a name for himself with his perfectly staged photographs, and with appearances in the American, British, Italian, and Japanese editions of Vogue , English artist Tim Walker (*1970 in Devon) is currently one of the world’s most influential fashion photographers. His creative imagination elevates the often simple motifs far beyond the standard of conventional fashion photography: his dream-like pictures are the result of exceptionally extensive preparations, using models in predominantly “unwearable” and glamorous clothing, shot against breathtaking backdrops all over the world.
