The Verbund Collection, founded in 2004, takes the latest in contemporary art and integrates it into an environment containing classic works of art since 1970. The collection of the leading Austrian electric company follows the maxim: quality, not quantity. One focus is on performance, featuring early works by Cindy Sherman. In addition, there are new dialogues among Urs Lüthi, Gilbert & George, Valie Export, Francesca Woodman, Birgit Jürgenssen, Sarah Lucas, and Gillian Wearing.
